The coupons are placed in common areas around each base and soliders and their families can use them for up to 6 months after there expiration date.
You should seperate your coupons into two small envelopes.
1) Food Items
2) Non Food Items
Then put those envelopes into one larger envelope,and mail that way. Your envelope ships to an APO/AFO address so the cost to mail this will be quite reasonable.
